USCHO Division III poll
MINNEAPOLIS – The St. Scholastica hockey team moved up two spots to eighth in this week’s U.S. College Hockey Online (USCHO) Division III poll that was released today.
The Saints were ranked 13th in the preseason poll and moved up to 10th last week. The Saints are coming off a pair of ties to the University of Wisconsin-Stout. The Blue Devils were ranked ninth last week and remain ninth this week.
Other Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) teams ranked are St. Norbert College, who remains No. 1 in this week’s poll. UW-River Falls is sixth and UW-Superior in 15th.
The Saints have this weekend off and will next play on Friday, November 27th when they host the Thanksgiving Classic at Mars Lakeview Arena. St. Norbert will face Lawrence University will begin tha day at 3:30 p.m., while the Saints will take on Salem State College (Mass.) at 7:05 p.m.
