SUPERIOR, Wis. – The St. Scholastica men's track & field team finished just four points out of first place today at the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
The University of Minnesota-Morris won with 191 points. CSS was second with 187 points. Northwestern College was third with 117 points. Martin Luther College was fourth with 64 points and North Central University was fifth with 51 points.

Fr.-Atwater, Minn./Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City) won and broke the school record in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.34 seconds. Hanson also broke the school record in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing second with a time of 57.79 seconds.

So.-Baxter, Minn./Brainerd) broke the third and final school record on the day, winning and breaking his own record in the shot put with a toss of 47'-6.5” (14.49m).
