MENOMONIE, Wis. (csssaints.com) – The St. Scholastica women's track & field team took part in the University of Wisconsin-Stout Blue Devil Open on Saturday and came away with four victories on the day.

The 4x400m relay team of Brianna Buske (Bloomer, Wis./Bloomer HS), Amy Campbell (Cloquet, Minn./Cloquet HS), Andrea Mogren (Forest Lake, Minn./Forest Lake HS) and Emily Lundgren (Aitkin, Minn./Aitkin HS) won with a time of 4:12.17. Buske also led a trio of Saints in second thru fourth place in the 800m run. Buske's runner-up time was 2:26.07. She was followed by Lundgren in third at 2:27.05 and Mogren in fourth at 2:27.71.

Nicole Christianson (Coon Rapids, Minn./Coon Rapids HS) won the high jump once again for the Saints, clearing 5'2.25" (1.58m). Olivia Krejcarek (Manitowoc, Wis./Manitowoc Roncalli HS) was fourth at a height of 4'8.25" (1.43m).

Becky Huberty (Lena, Wis./Lena HS) swept the throwing competitions for the third straight meet. Huberty's winning mark in the shot put was 43'11.75" (13.40m). Her winning throw in the weight toss was 54'8.25" (16.67m).

Bre Adams (Crystal, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong HS) was second in the mile run, posting a time of 5:24.86. Maggie Kurtovich (Andover, Minn./Andover HS) was fourth in the 400m dash with a time of 1:01.81. Mogren was fourth in the long jump with a leap of 15'10.25" (4.83m).

Hannah Russert (Caledonia, Minn./Caledonia HS ) placed fifth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.98. Rachael Hoium (Hermantown, Minn./Hermantown HS) was also fifth in the triple jump with a mark of 32'8.25" (9.96m).

The Saints will be split up next weekend as some will compete at the Minnesota State Open and Multi in Mankato on Friday and Saturday, while others will be back at Stout on Saturday for the Warren Bowlus Open.
