-The women's team will be in search of its first NCAA Indoor All-American. The top eight finishers in an event earn All-American status.
-The Saints will be experiencing a first this weekend, as the meet is taking place at the University of Nebraska's Bob Devaney Sports Center, which features a banked track. It is one of four hydraulic-banked tracks in the nation.
-Huberty will be making her second consecutive NCAA Indoor Championships appearance. Last year, she placed 14th in the weight throw.
-Huberty is making her fourth straight NCAA Championships overall (indoor/outdoor). She became the first All-American in the women's program's history by placing fourth in the hammer throw at the 2013 outdoor championships.
-Huberty will become the first Saint to compete in multiple events at one indoor championship (weight throw/shot put). She was also the first to do so at an outdoor championship (2013-hammer throw/shot put).
-Huberty's top mark in the weight throw this season was 17.40m, which was eighth in the country. Her top shot put mark was 13.68m, which ranked 11th.
-So far this season, Huberty has won either the weight throw or shot put 16 of 19 total times.
-Johnson will be competing in her first NCAA Track & Field Championships. Johnson is the reigning NCAA Division III Cross Country Champion and qualified in the 5000m run.
-Her qualifying time of 16:51.74 took place way back at the beginning of December and was the second-fastest time in the nation this season. She has competed only one other time in that event this season and that was the UMAC Championships, where she won.
-Christianson will also compete at her first NCAA Championships. The sophomore qualified in the high jump.
-Christianson's qualifying mark was 1.69m and that took place at the Minnesota State Multi & Open.
-Christianson just missed qualifying for last year's outdoor championships, being bumped out on the final day of qualifiers. She was on the bubble again during this indoor season, but qualified 16th of 17.
-Christianson has won the high jump event five times this season.
